Coach Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive program for youth athletes
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect
- Provide individual instruction and feedback to players
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of players
- Motivate and inspire players to reach their goals
- Organize and lead practices, games, and other activities
- Ensure safety of players at all times
- Monitor and maintain equipment
- Maintain records of player attendance and progress
